With over $221 million in the second quarter of 2021, it’s apparent that people love shopping online. Moreover, eCommerce in the USA is expected to reach $6.4 trillion in 2024. This projection was made observing steady trends in the sector, which have seen a rise in numbers every year since 2014.

China was the largest eCommerce market in 2021.

The growth of eCommerce has been tremendous in particular countries, and China’s market is worth over $2,779.3 billion. The US is second on the list with $794.5 billion, while the UK is third on the list with $180 billion.

Black Friday’s online sales for 2020 and 2021 are the highest on record.

When we look at the months, we can see that January 2021 was the best month for eCommerce, with 37.7% of all sales. And of the four quarters in 2021, Q1 saw the most internet purchases with 35.5%.

According to data from Statista, the global size of the fashion eCommerce market was around $759.5 billion in 2021. Furthermore, experts expect this to grow at 9.1% per year until it reaches $1.164 billion by the end of 2025.
